Formed in 2020, the various members of numerous past Portland hardcore/punk bands came together as SCRUTINY, released a 4 song EP - “Caged Bird” in summer 2021 and began putting down roots in their home scene. After a brief hiatus and recruiting a new vocalist in 2022, the band began writing more music and slaying shows, quickly adopting a new name reflecting the shift in sound and style.
